This Privacy Policy explains how NicknameStyle (“we”, “us”), the free stylish name generator at nicknamestyle.com, handles information when you use the site. We keep data collection to the minimum a website needs to run, and we never require an account to generate names.

The short version

You do not need to give us any personal information to use the generator — names are styled in your browser. We do not sell your data. Like most websites we use basic server logs and, because the site is ad-supported, third-party advertising cookies (Google AdSense). You can control or refuse cookies at any time.

Information we collect

Names you generate: the styling happens in your browser. We do not need or ask for your real identity to use the tool.
Server logs: our host automatically records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept only as long as needed for security and diagnostics.
Voluntary submissions: if a page lets you add a nickname or send feedback, we store only what you choose to submit. Do not include personal or sensitive information in public submissions.
Cookies: small files used for essential site function, to remember preferences, and for advertising/analytics as described below.

Cookies and advertising

NicknameStyle is a free service supported by advertising. We work with Google AdSense and its partners to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

How we use information

We use the limited data above to operate and secure the site, understand which pages are useful, prevent abuse and spam, and fund the free tool through advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Children’s privacy

NicknameStyle is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we intentionally collect very little, most requests concern log data or a voluntary submission. To make a request, or to have a nickname you submitted removed, email us at [email protected].

Data security & third parties

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the site. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Some functions rely on trusted third parties (our hosting provider, a content delivery network, and the advertising services above), each governed by their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves or the law changes. We will revise the “last updated” date at the top when we do. Continued use of NicknameStyle after changes means you accept the updated policy.
